The Game is afoot: UX use case for Games

Our AI-Powered Insights product is gaining momentum in the Marketing and Games industries. Here’s an example of Voop Feedback as a UX solution for the Games Industry.

In a recent conversation, with one of the top 10 Games Companies, I outlined the time it would take Voop AI to process, collate, analyse, and deliver actionable insights on all their current monthly feedback. I thought they'd stated they were currently receiving 300k text-based feedback questionnaires a month, and I confidently informed them that we could process 300k in about 3 days, however that is what they're planning to scale to over the next few years. They are currently receiving 8k feedback responses on 12 questions from two games, but are only able to manually process, analyse and report, from a few hundred a week.

For their current solution requirement, Voop can easily deliver their entire month's feedback overnight, ready for their morning meeting.

As you can imagine they were slightly blown away by the implications of how they can scale their engagement, management, and feedback from their gaming community, and rather than spending their entire month manually analysing the current feedback, the Voop AI human-led tech-enabled solution would allow them to spend the month working closely with the development, management and marketing teams to address any issues, plan for future updates, work more proactively on future strategy and most importantly engage with their community to build stronger relationships and a fanbase of gamers who feel listened to.

Plus we can do all that with existing text based feedback, and transition, at a later date, to use Voop for what it’s designed to do which is voice feedback, from a link or QR code dropped on to any platform, and later down the line as an in-game api, without the need for a player to download anything, no personal data is taken, and it’s 100% anonymous.

As far as data protection, we’re also looking at ‘on premises’ solutions with company specific servers to get around this concern.
